We visit the property, measure the spaces, and calculate the capacity each room actually needs. You get one fixed price covering the unit, the installation and every material, so there is no separate bill for pipework or brackets afterwards.
Indoor unit, outdoor unit, copper pipework, drain line, electrical connection and mounting hardware, all to the manufacturer's installation instructions. The drain gets its fall set properly and insulated, which is the single thing most often skipped and the reason so many new installs leak within a year.
We pressure test, charge to the specified weight, run the system, check the drainage, and confirm the cooling performance. Then we show you how it works before we pack up, including the controls people usually discover six months later.

A standard residential split AC, supplied and installed, starts at AED 1,200 + VAT and typically runs to around AED 1,800 depending on the unit and the pipework length.
Ducted, VRF and central systems are priced from a site survey. There is no honest way to quote those over the phone, because the cost depends on the duct layout, the number of indoor units, and how far the pipework must run.
The survey and the quote are free, and the price is fixed before anything starts. If the survey shows your existing unit is worth repairing rather than replacing, we will say so, even though it is the smaller job for us.

What Bad Installation Costs You Later
Most of the AC faults we are called out to repair started on the day the unit was fitted.
Undersized never reaches temperature. Oversized cools fast, shuts off, and leaves the room humid because it never runs long enough to pull moisture out. Neither is fixable afterwards without replacing the unit.
Water sits in the line instead of running out, then backs up and comes through the ceiling. This is the most common defect we find on installations done by somebody else.
Too little and it never cools. Too much and the compressor runs under pressure it was not built for. The charge should be weighed in, not judged by the gauge and a feel for it.
Too close to a wall, boxed into a service void, or sitting where the discharge blows straight back into the intake. The unit cannot reject heat, so it runs hot and fails early.
Loose brackets and no anti-vibration mounts turn a quiet unit into one you can hear through the wall. Fixing it later usually means taking the outdoor unit off and remounting it.
Uninsulated or badly taped copper sweats in Dubai humidity, drips inside walls and ceilings, and loses cooling on the way to the room. You do not see this one until the damage shows.

Do you supply the unit, or only install it?
Both. We can supply and install or fit a unit you have bought yourself. If you are buying it yourself, talk to us about sizing first, because the wrong tonnage is not something we can correct at installation.
Will my manufacturer warranty be affected?
Manufacturers set their own conditions, and poor installation is one of the common reasons a claim is refused. We install to the manufacturer’s published instructions and give you the commissioning record, which is what you need if a claim ever comes up.
What size AC do I need for my room?
It depends on the floor area, the ceiling height, how much glazing there is, and which way the room faces. A west-facing room with full-height glass needs noticeably more capacity than a north-facing bedroom of the same size. We calculate it at the survey rather than working from a chart.
Do you handle electrical connections?
We make the connection from the existing supply to the unit and test it as part of commissioning. Where the work involves a new circuit or changes at the distribution board, that needs a DEWA-enrolled contractor, and we will tell you at survey stage if your installation falls into that category.
Is copper pipework included?
Yes, along with insulation, drainage, brackets, and mounting hardware. It is all in the fixed quote, which is why we survey first rather than quoting a unit price and adding materials afterwards.
Do you charge for the survey?
No. The survey and the quote are free with no obligation.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes, 90 days on workmanship. The unit itself carries its own manufacturer warranty, and we hand over the commissioning record you would need to make a claim on it.
